A client providing services to the public sector wanted to ensure that its senior management team was making the very best use of its skills in presenting tenders for contracts. Knowing the client and the individual executives well, we devised a two-day training course specially tailored to the client's business. The course combined the professional skills of an independent expert on presentation training with exercises directly related to the client's business and experiences in this area.

The course, which was voted a great success by all the participants, led directly to a request for a further training session specifically concentrating on negotiating skills.
